Omega Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (“OPO”), may capture photographs, video, audiotape and other image and sound-based media of your participation during its events. OPO may wish to use such photographs for the use of its organization, including its website, advertising, and other purposes. This permission for release, without compensation or prior notice, allows OPO to use such photographs in its electronic or printed form. This permission of release further allows the participant to enjoy the benefits of the event organized and provided for by OPO. By attending this event and signing the event roster, the participant has freely and voluntarily consented to the use and publication of his/her name, participation, picture, and/or likeness by OPO and/or its agents for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, serving the community through illustrating Alpha Kappa Alpha’s dedication to “Service To All Mankind”. The participant further waives any claims against OPO and/or its agents based upon or related to its use or publication of his/her likeness, voice, participation, and/or picture. The participant freely gives this authorization without expectation of compensation. Anyone who discovers that photographs of himself or herself or family members have been included in OPO publications or on the website that they do not wish to remain there should contact us by email or via our mailing address to request the photograph’s immediate removal.
